Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Stay there for 3 days and enjoyed every minute of it. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Mattress and extra pillows were some of the best I've ever slept on. The staff was outstanding. Everyone that I dealt with was very helpful and very friendly. I would stay there again in a heartbeat

1st of all this is a visually nice Hotel. They have a massive pool, and despite a rather CIA type towel protocol, it is open for a reasonable amount of time. The rooms are beautiful well-designed and well laid out. The breakfast is always above average and the staff is extremely congenial. Front desk staff are efficient, and will generally go above and beyond to take care of your needs including a recent incident where I'd left something in my room. Even the outside of the hotel has the enigmatic Otis Elevator building which is just a freaky tall Square featureless structure. There are times I will drive a little bit out of my way just to stay here. I've had dinner there once or twice as well and it's been good. 100% would recommend.

I went to Double Tree for Thanksgiving with my family. The food was great tasting. The service was very comforting and Nice to my family and I. They went beyond good customer service by locating where I might get a root beer to drink. Thank you Double Tree for making my family and I feel like we were apart of your family.

Clean, very friendly and accommodating. We found a room while traveling to Maine and really lucked out here. Very clean rooms, service was excellent, there was an acoustic band playing on the patio with a grille BBQ gathering on the Friday night we arrived. we were too tired but music sounded great. Nice well equipped bar, lobby was modern and well kept. Rooms were quiet and air worked well. All around great stay, highly recommend. We also got warm cookies upon arrival, nice touch
