Good hotel. The Great Room is on the small side so you may have to wait for an available table. Also the smoke detector went off in our room after we took a shower because the steam came out of the bathroom. Better ventilation of the bathroom would have prevented that. There are free USA Today for guests. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Nice quiet place in a convenient location in Southington. Good breakfast too. Remodeling is not a problem.

The location is very convenient! The employees were very nice and helpful. The rooms were spotless. I could hear a bit of noise from the room next to me as the walls are somewhat thin, but it was quiet after 9pm. Breakfast was good and well maintained throughout the 4 hour window. Very happy!

I travel for work. There Southington location was excellent. Good service from employees and good breakfast.

Customer service Was horrible, ask the lady at the front desk a question she had a stink attitude, I paid more for a smaller room when I booked the room it said double room. She told me a double room means two beds I always stay at holday inns Marriott etc when I pay for a double room I get two beds. I will never ever ever come to this hotel again, nor recommend it to anybody
