The Downeast in Draper is my favorite location. The employees are always so friendly and helpful, without being overbearing. Recently, we purchased a dresser there. It arrived with a few flaws, but the manager Jen was super helpful and went above and beyond to make us happy. We left more than satisfied with the service provided and a new dresser!

We have found some great pieces of furniture at Downeast, and their customer service has been excellent. It is hard to shop for furniture and know what will look right in your home. They have made exchanges and returns very easy-
