GREAT EXPERIENCE AND HUGE SELECTION! 

MY boyfriend and I had been searching high and low all day for a furniture bench that 

1. fit our space 
2. fit our style 
3. we could take home that day

Oak express was our last stop of the day. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Kendra. She didn't bother us while we walked around. We found two items we really liked. Measured the one we prefered and ended up buying it. 

And the even better part....We paid about $200 less than we had expected. Great experience, we will return.

Excellent, no-pressure service from both Kendra and Stephanie.  Such a nice change from RC Willey's approach.  Good selection, unique pieces, good prices.

My husband and I went in Oak Express needing a specific table, that we could take home that day. Both Brendan and Kendra went above and beyond to help us find what we needed. They made our experience great.  I would highly recommend working with these two.

Not a great experience from beginning — to attempted delivery. We were there for 45 minutes until the staff finally decided to help us. It took my husband saying "I want to buy all this", before we were even on their radar. Every piece of furniture was scratched, but that didn't stop their delivery guys from attempting to get the furniture into my house — then offer me a discount (of course), to keep the damaged goods. It was more than obvious that the furniture had been used. We refused the kind offer, and told them to have management call us (they didn't), so we called them. We gave them an attempt to redeliver for a discount, they refused — so we canceled the order. They were super quick to bash all their competitors at furniture row — the bar must be set extremely low at Oak Express.

I ordered two bookshelves, after checking me out they then told me it would be three weeks until they could arrive. It ended up being over five weeks. Then only one shelf arrived. The other mysteriously was not there and now I am still waiting for it to come in over a month and a half later. Totally unacceptable.
