We had been all over town looking for just the right reclining sofa for our theater room. The ones we liked at RC Willey were super expensive. My husband decided to try sofa mart and we found the perfect set. Bonus it was being discontinued so we got an awesome deal. We ran into one small snag we needed two sets and one of the sections of the second set was all sold out. Luckily the new manager Sebastian found a creative solution to our problem and we were able to still get just what we wanted. He told us to expect our furniture in two weeks but it came a week early! So we were able to get our theater room done before Halloween! We have it all assembled and it looks great. I know that there have been some rough reviews but the new manager Sebastian said he was trying to turn things around. I was a bit skeptical after reading other reviews on here and even nervous that our furniture wouldn't arrive in time like others have had happen. But I have to say our experience was nothing but positive. It looks like they are really trying to make a turn around.

Received a great sofa and couch set for a reasonable price. The salesman made a goof and gave incorrect information about the delivery time. Mistakes happen, I get it. However, when I received the sofa, there was bird poop on it. Apparently a bird lives in the warehouse and decided to do it's business on the item I bought. Delivery guy was nice enough to clean it off at least. Call me crazy, but when I spend a couple hundred dollars on furniture, I'd like it to arrive poop-free.

I came to leave a review, but after reading some of the recent comments, I have to say that it always annoys me when people leave businesses bad reviews because no one said "hello" to them. These people have clearly never worked in a retail environment before. The exact reason why everyone should work retail at least just once in their lives - so they can appreciate what retail workers do and understand that they get busy. I've been in this store a handful of times and have always been respected and assisted. If not helped promptly, it was because the staff were all with other customers. I would just start looking around and would be greeted shortly. People need to have patience. And if you have a short time frame to shop, then find a sales rep and ask for help. I just don't understand some people.

ANYWAYS, I wanted to leave a 5 star review because literally every time I have gone into Sofa Mart, it has been a very pleasant and fun experience. They have a wide variety of furniture for your living/entertainment room to browse through and a lot of the sofas can be customized with the kind of fabric/color you want. Which I like. I've been assisted by many different people over my visits but most recently was assisted by Sebastian, the manager. Super nice and friendly. Easy to talk to. If you're looking for living room furniture, I would definitely recommend Sofa Mart. And if you go, do yourself a favor and ask for Sebastian!

Sofa Mart provided us with a great buying experience. They offer high quality furniture, reasonable prices, and a variety of options. The costumer service was refreshing and informative. Jared was exceptional in helping us get our oxblood leather sofa. I would definitely recommend Sofa Mart to anyone looking for perfect furniture for their home.

Wonderful customer service!!!! I highly recommend Sofa Mart. Without any chance of a sell one of the representatives, Jared, went out of his way to help with a furniture emergency. My son vomited between the sectional leather sofa and despite my harsh words, sweat, and frustration I could not separate the chairs.  I fought with it for forty- five minutes. Urgh! After talking to me through the process over the phone without me making any head way, Jared came to the rescue. I kid you not, he separated it within a minute! He was kind, polite, and has won me as a loyal customer.  Knight in khakis!
