Best possible experience one could hope for. By far, the best prices on what we consider high quality, well built furniture. The exact piece was found elsewhere at a well known retail store for $2800 more! Out first shipment was slightly irregular, but, the whole staff took it in stride and ordered it's a new piece, had it delivered, made sure we were happy and took original price away. Amazing. I'd offer 6 Stars if they had that as an option!

I stopped in and found the perfect coffee table. Or so I thought.. I was unsure because I was still waiting for my couch to arrive. I stopped back in a week later to find out if it was in stock or would have to be ordered and there it was on clearance! Worried it wouldn’t match, the awesome designer there offered to order from their inventory to buy me another week. My couch arrived, 2 days later my coffee table and end table and they ore SOOOO PERFECT! Better than we imagined! Excellent quality! Professional staff! Accommodating! And I even ended up with a 20% discount for the holidays! I will be shopping here FIRST from now on! Check them out, lots of choices, very patient staff!!

Amazing! We bought the 6 piece feather down sectional and it is perfect and so comfortable. Each section came in its own box and inside the box the section of couch was wrapped in its own white cloth bag to keep it clean. On the underside of each piece there is a zippered compartment that has the feet, screws, and Allen wrench wrapped nicely in a bag and tied up inside. The corner piece also have the accent pillow zippered up inside that compartment. Very well thought out packaging. I am sitting on my new couch as I write contemplating ordering one more piece to make this huge couch even bigger since I have to room. This couch and the service we got from Down East are spectacular.

Incredible customer service!! I love their furniture and clothes! I wish I had discovered them sooner! They have so many unique pieces that are always conversation starters when people walk in our home. What really impressed me by them was when we ordered a table that came in damaged they happily replaced it for free (including shipping, delivery and removal of the defective piece). They also let us keep and use the damage table until the replacement arrived, which we weren’t expecting.

I found this store by accident, but what a find it is! I have been looking for a small kitchen table but they all look the same. I found the perfect one and a great looking entry table too. . Industrial in appearance. Very unique and look great!! Great prices. The staff are the best. I highly recommend checking Downtown East out. I will definitely go back for more
