I wish that I would have got the lady's name that helped me out today. She literally stopped everything to help me locate my lost phone from earlier in the day. She went above and beyond to walk the store. She ended up finding it and made my day. I have always had good customer service at this store but I will always remember her.

The photo studio is so worth it. Devyn was great! We weren't looking for photos as we had just taken some at an independent studio. JCP was half the price and I love the photos so much more!

Found an associate (Grace) that stopped what she was doing to help me with a return. She was a sweet lady & so willing to help me.   I never would have found what I needed if she hadn't help. Thanks so much Grace.

Melissa Renn always does such a fantastic job with my cuts and color. She just gave me this new style and I love it! I look younger and I get so many compliments. Melissa is so good about showing me how to style my hair to get just the right look. She also has a great personality...so genuine, kind and funny. I highly recommend her every chance I get.

Best sales lady........I believe her name was Palma (eastern Indian) working in the men's clothing section. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and deserves a big raise.
