I stopped in quickly, looking for something specific in mind that Target didn’t have, thinking Penney’s would be a notch up in their selection. It was really disappointing. One staff member was condescending as I was trying to find my way through the mess. Unfortunately, there is nothing JCPenney has to offer that would makes me want to shop there any longer, let alone at this location. 

-Rude, unhelpful staff 
-Poor lighting
-Messy overall appearance
-Too much signage creates chaos rather than direction
-Unmanned registers and no way to easily distinguish who works there

We do a ton of back to school shopping here each year.  My husband grabs shorts, pants and shirts here as well.  Great selection and prices.  Decent service.  Great location at PV Mall.  Lovely sales, especially in the mornings.  We've lost Robinsons-May and Macys is very so-so but glad Penny's is still hanging in there!

Always find Great deals, prices and with coupons I saved $135.  Spent only $65.  Good sale in purses today. Store is clean . However, new line of clothing. Libby Edelman... Ewww someone , Buyer... Got a bum insight on fashion!!! Looks like for pioneer women... .

I do shop in this store however I have left during sales due to the very long lines a the registers due to not enough employees working. The fitting rooms are never cleaned out when I've been there. I do like the prices of the clothing and for the most part, the employees are nice.
