The Max is a great asset. Clean buses & bus stops, helpful drivers. I do wish that the arrival time signs were accurate.

The buses are fine. The Drivers are great, but that's where it ends. The support staff are defensive and in denial when you ask a question. The automated systems that supposedly show arrivals do not work. As the old wisdom says, "a stopped clock is better than one that is wrong". The departure boards are worse than a stopped clock and if you make the mistake of calling to report it you are just put off. If you push it and ask to talk to someone further up the chain you get Richard who calls you a liar. If ridership is too high. just get more Richards

I am missing my Charizard Pokemon wallet, I think the lost and found service is lying to me. They need a computer to find lost items, and don't bother to look. One time at another transit center in San Rafael, California I lost my favorite jacket. Went to the Transit Center, asked if my favorite jacket was there, "No" was the response. I said check again, and saw my jacket, "omg that's my jacket, please hand it over." After I got my jacket back, I gave her a criticism glare, "You call yourself the lost and found service and make no effort to look?" Watch out companies like this Bus System could be thieves with so much capitalism power.

This review refers ONLY to the Gold and Green routes, there are MAJOR issues with the other routes: Wonderful. The drivers and other staff at the stops are THE BEST. How wonderful to have this non judgemental service. Actually, I think is is WAY too low cost. Realistically if some one has been in the bar all night $1 is way too little to charge if this means that the city is subsidizing it. Maybe the bar owners should be subsidizing this. WHy not raise the fare but allow bar owners to purchase coupons that they could give to or sell to their riders

Five stars as far as ease of riding. Buses run often and are fast. My only concern is whether they are used efficiently. At night when they have several large empty buses running, it seems a waste.
