Technologically stuck in the 70's. No one cares to do their job correctly, if at all because the expectations are so low they don't have to. Never giving them business again in my life.

My experience with grey hound package express has been very poor we been waiting for a package we order and no one knows where it is we order this package back on November and is now the 1/9/17 very poor customer service on rock springs Wyoming and salt lake no one knows how to answer there phones polite they r all bad company when I comes to ship packages... call corporate customer service local stations etc nothing. So don't ship anything from grey hound express

Greyhound package freight shipping has not existed at this location for probably around 3 years. Spent 2 hours driving here today to find that out. They haven't updated this information in all that time. I have no idea where to ship freight now in Colorado. There is no information on their web site.
