We have been proudly serving the Shreveport/Bossier area since 1987. Because we know how much your eye health and appearance can mean to the quality of your life, we are committed to excellence in servicing your complete eye care needs.

Services include, but are not limited to, glasses, contacts, comprehensive and routine eye exams, and glaucoma treatment and management.

We accept the following insurances: VSP, Medicare, KidMed, Aetna, Blue Cross, Cigna, United Healthcare, Tricare. Check with our staff if you have another major health plan or vision plan.

Our optical shop offers a wide array of eyeglasses, ranging from budget styles to the latest designer models. Our staff will be happy to assist you in finding the perfect pair of contacts or glasses tailored to fit your style and needs. We offer a wide variety of contact lenses including Acuvue® and CooperVision® products. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Don't waste your time. I made an appt to see the doctor for that afternoon, showed up only to find out the doctor left for the day. No one bothered calling, and I had to reschedule for the next morning. I finally get to see the doctor and went to order contacts and the lady just used my old prescription. Two weeks later after I called I was told they were ready for pickup. I went to pick my contacts up, and I was told I only get a trial pair, and I would have to make another appt to pick up the rest of the box. They never gave me a new prescription, just used the same one I GAVE them. These people are rude, lazy, and unprofessional, and I recommend you pay the extra money and see a real doctor.

They didn't call and tell me my glass was ready then from me only have then two week they broke so I haven't had my glass for a month and when I do take them up there she have the nerves say she not going fix my glass rude ass people and think some one suppose to kiss they was

Horrible. The staff are beyond rude. They wouldn't even let my 5year old and I be in the same exam room. You better hope your glasses don't break because you are screwed. We won't be going back.

Dr Au and staff were great. Dr Au interacted well with my children and we're just waiting on their glasses now!!!!!

Great doctor... Horrible Staff... The staff was very unprofessional. If he only knew what people are saying about his office. The talk in bossier city is that his office is great if he could get a new staff!!!
