Been there for 2 years, dealt with long waits, small offices and mediocre nurses. My last straw was when the person responsible for accounting was super rude over a 70$ deductible! Never had any other issues over a payment so the way I was spoken to was unnessary! To be honest I hated going in there, it is kind of grimy and I hated touching anything, just made me feel like germs were everywhere. The Dr. was really only mediocre as well, spent as little time with patient as possible.

Want the truth? Dr. Manchandia doesn't care about his patients, point blank. Most of his patients have Medicaid and he herd them like cattle, just gets them in and out.

Some of the Nurses are rude, the Dr handles your child very roughly and get irritated when baby cries or is afraid. Don't like for you too ask a lot of questions

Just went there today to take my son in for his 2nd flu shot. I get there 20 minutes early as a new patient should. It took them 30 minutes to give me paperwork to fill out. The waiting room quickly filled up and was of course so loud I couldn't even think. I got called back to get his vitals and they weighed him with his clothes on. So who knows his real weight...? She pulled out a precut piece of paper to lay him on to measure his length. He was too long for the paper so she had me pic him up, the paper moves in the process, and eyeballs about where his feet came out to. She said he "measured" 28 inches long. How is that possible when he was 28.5 inches long 5 weeks ago?? Oh they didn't have any rooms open so we had to go back out and wait. By the time we got called back it had been almost an hour and a half. When the dr finally came in he left the door wide open. So much for privacy for a patient. Not to mention you can hear everything through the walls...like the 3 kids in the next room yelling and bouncing off the walls. Very unprofessional of nurse and the dr. I will not be back once I get his shot record.
