I've been to this doctor multiple times over the past 2-3 years. They got my orthotics and inserts in the end, but I do have lagitimate complaints. The first appointment I had, I was authorized 4-6 appointments with him. From what I recall, as it was 2 + years ago, they didn't receive my insurance INFO. Aparently, I had to provide it-fair enough:) They could have said so, since they knew I was covered. First, the doc came in the room. Had me remove my shoes/socks. He took a look and said, yep, you need orthotics. Obviously doc, that's why I'm here. I tried asking some questions and he was just really "quick" with me. I wanted to understand. He said we would do an ex Ray today to see if I had injured the bones. Then rescheduled me for next week. So came back and they took moldings of my feet and said they would call when they arrived. They neve red called. A month went by and the pain was back, so I called them. They told me they had my orthotics and that they notified me...they didn't. I had no messages on my phone. So I said oh well. Had to schedule for a week later. Got in there and the doc had me stand on the inserts. He wanted me back in a week to see if they were alright.-fair enough. Again, talked to him for like 4 minutes and he was out. Tried to ask questions and basically force him to explain a little bit about my common problem. Came back, seen him for another 4 min max. This time I didn't even bother asking him anything. He didn't listen the first time and he just irritated me by cutting me off. Next year I was due for more inserts. Authorized the same amount of appointments. Went in and he portrayed that I was going to utilized them all untill I told him I just need additional inserts. I don't need to wasted my insurances money on all these inserts. He was adamant about getting me in there for all of them. He wanted see me just to order them, see me to try them on, then see me again to see how they fit. We had already done this. Then this year in October 2015, I wound up with severe pain out of the blue. Went there as scheduled. Again, he offered a shot and pills, was real quick with me. I told him that I cannot walk on it and I'm scheduled to work the next 2 days. It's aking in pain. He said we will give you a shot and a prescription. At this point, I had HD enough of his quickness and attitude. I told him I want it know what's goin on. And I cannot go to work today bc of it. He immediately said. I can order an MRI. They will call you in 3-4 days. I said ooookkkay. What am I going to do today, I have 12 hour shifts and stairs. He quickly interrupted explaining that there was nothing he could do and that he would have to get an MRI. So let's get you a shot. He left quickly as I looked at him puzzled. I mean this doc clearly does not give 2 hoots about his customers. He's in and out in 2-5 mins. He interrupts. He literally does nothing, but get as much money as he can from the insurance company. His staff did everything. He's not nice to talk to at all either. So his staff came in to give a shot and I told her no. He immediately came in and started offering solutions. I told him I cannot work on this foot. He said he cannot give me a doctors note. I said fine, I'll go off base elsewhere when I'm done here. I was pretty mad about how this doc goes about things. He then asked me when I work and ended up giving me a doctors note. WOW! Doc, didn't want to loose that cushy tricare money did you? However, it's been a week and no call for an MRI. I also doubt they call me for new inserts. I doubt they even ordered them. To sum it up. He's just in it for money. He dosent do much at all. He don't explain or answer questions thoroughly. He's not nice to talk to-cuts ya off cause he thinks he knows everything. And he's in and out do quick ur likely to not even see him-exaggerated of course. I expect a doc to have care and respect and provide his insight to my problem. I would not recommend him or go there, plenty of other options. I won't be back again. Sorry for the typos, I could fix, but u get the point.
