I would most highly recommend Dr. Drain Plumbers. My husband and I have used them many times and have always received prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable service. We have used other plumbing contractors in the area, but the technicians from Dr. Drain have been the best at diagnosing and repairing all our plumbing problems at reasonable prices. Trust me: you can trust them.

Dr Drain has helped us multiple times in multiple houses. They are always prompt, courteous and thorough. Both Ryan and Ted are extremely knowledgeable and I trust them explicitly! Both continue working hard until they find the right solution... even if it means hanging out in our crawl space for hours!  We will certainly call them with all plumbing needs!

My mother had a pipe burst and the house began to flood on a Saturday and first called a big company. The receptionist told her they could have a plumber come out on Monday at 3pm; obviously this was not an option for her. She then called Dr. Drain Inc and the man Ted walked her through the preliminary steps over the phone so the flooding would stop. Then he arrived at the house and went to work fixing the plumbing emergency.He was very honest and up front with charges, and he communicated the situation to us as he worked. Before we knew it, our problem was solved; our pipes good as new and no more flooding. 
I would recommend Dr. Drain Inc for all of your plumbing needs.

HSA home warranty sent Dr. Drain to us since our garbage disposal has died. We moved into the house just one month earlier and the garbage disposal was working, the inspector did not see any problems with it. The unit was 13 years old though. Nevertheless, Ryan presented it to HSA not as a normal wear but unintended use. He made sure that the company denied our claim and we had to pay out of pocket. He also charged us $75 for the visit (in addition to the item price and work cost) even though he had $45 marked in his form, he just crossed out this number and changed the price. I supose he has an interest in getting the money directly from the customer as opposed to waiting for HSA to pay  and shamelessly takes advantage of the situation.
