I'd like to start by saying Dr. Beal is an outstanding physician, however, his staff is very lackluster. His office manager, Carolyn is extremely inept, uncooperative, and non-communicative to patients and staff alike. I was a patient for over 5 years and unfortunately, she lacks to basic skills to run his practice in an efficient and honest manner. She's extremely unorganized and unprofessional at times, resorting to lies and misleads to people who are in need of Dr. Beal's services. I assure you that I'm not a troll or had any relationship with anyone on staff that was non professional. It's his staff that makes his practice undesirable.

Great Dr. However, the staff wasn't. Now I've been call his office since 0910, it is now 0953 yet no one answered and the voice mail is full.....

Dr beal is fantastic on the other hand his office manager is rude and unprofessional.
