This is my second visit to Dr. Okolo's office and I had to wait up to 3 hours on each visit. Today's visit however, I decided to leave his office without being seen after waiting 3 hours. He was not even in the building. The receptionist advised myself and another patient that he was 5 minutes away after waiting 3 hours. He did not show up after 5 minutes and I have yet to receive a phone call apologizing for his lack of customer service and responsibility. I took a day off from work with not results to show. I suggest finding another physician with better care procedures for their patients.
