The first time I went, I got my x-rays taken. I had to wait for a bit, but it was a reasonable wait. I scheduled my cleaning for the following week. When I went back for the cleaning, I was waiting for an hour when I finally told them that it was unacceptable to make people wait that long. I explained that it isn't professional to make appointments and then not keep them. They told me that they felt it *was* professional, and a common practice. I will not be going there again. However, the hygienist that worked with me the first time I went in was very kind and knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. That I appreciated. The staff seem to be friendly, but you can definitely expect to have a long wait if you go there.

I really love this place. They all are wonderful with my kids they make sure my kids are comfortable with what they are getting done. They also show the kids so they will not have any fear or discomfort great place to bring your kids for dental work plus they always have nice movies as you wait on your turn to be seen

The carpets in the waiting rooms are very nasty. There are spider webs when you walk through the front doors. There are no books or toys (play area). It isn't catered to children. The staff is very unprofessional loud talking laughing playing rap music.

I have been coming to A smile 4 US for a few years and today during my daughters appointment, I was told that they no longer allow parents to go in the back with kids over 5. I was appalled. I like talking to the Dentist and watching the treatment that my daughter is receiving. I have nothing to do with the previous issues that occurred here. This will be my last visit here.

I had an appointment the East Point office today, I get there and they are closed! As I stand outside the door I double check the time to make sure that I'm not late, nope 20 minutes early. I notice the receptionist and try getting her attention, she makes eye contact but continues to ignore me. After 5 minutes of trying to get her to acknowledge me I return to my car to call. Once my call is answered I am informed that they decided to close the office today and that they called to reschedule with me Friday but my phone was disconnected. My initial response was a laugh because I've had this same number for over 10 years and my number has never been disconnected. When I asked why the office was closed she had no answer. When I asked when I could make another appointment I was told next month! Then when I explained that was too long she suggested another location in Dolton! Are you kidding you want me to drive almost 2 hours away because of you all's doing, no thank you. I have been in pain for months and unfortunately this is the only dentist in my network that does extractions. I'm just disappointed at the way the situation was handled, the lying about my phone being disconnected (that reflects on my how responsible I am with my finances) and not having open slots for these displaced patients. I hope when I finally do see them that their concern, respect and overall attitude toward their patients is different from what they have already displayed.
