Ehh... 3rd baby and I've been to a few clinics. I can say that this one is the least approved for myself. You're never seen on time, they hardly give you any info. The midwife Comes in and talk to you for about 10 minutes and that's it. Switching practices soon. Because there is only 2 actual doctors here and one delivers out of southern regional hospital & the other delivers out of Atlanta Piedmont. Which are both a no-go for me. Hours are fine, it's clean inside.

The whole office is terrible. My Doctor has been the only thing I loved here. I will be going else where after I have called plenty of times with no one to answer the front desk phone. I have had results from the lab to come back and couldn't be given them after almost a week and a half. I have had the front desk ladies hang up on me. I just can't believe how horrible this place came out to be.

This is a great clinic, mainly because it's been the clinic for my kids and myself for the past 10 years and I never had any problems while there.....Only problem I have is with there phone lines. I mean, what's really going on? I can never get through to make appointments or just to ask simple questions. The options are to press 1 or 2 but the automated lady always says that those are invalid. 🤷🏾‍♀️. Soooooooooo frustrating and not cool at all. I like the place and everything but for this reason I'm thinking of just finding a new clinic for my kids and I. ( sad part is I don't even know where to start my search)

Beware - Dr Edwards seems to be a good doc, the issue is her keeping the appointment. As a patient if you don't show up or reschedule within 24 hours you will be charged a $25 fee however Dr. Edwards will leave the appointment and have her patients sitting waiting on her to go operate on someone else. I've had to reschedule twice and spoke to a lady that had to reschedule three times. The issue is her staff does not call you before you leave your home to come up there for the appointment. They wait until you make it there and then they tell you that you need to reschedule.

I have only visited this office on a few occasions; however, I am not impressed with their services. They seem to have terrible communication skills, I have not yet seen a doctor there, only a midwife, and their customer service skills are extremely lacking. Furthermore, they do not answer the phone regularly and it is like pulling teeth trying to get a copy of my and my child's medical records. I would not recommend this office to anyone, ever. I will never go back.
