We arrived on time only to wait over an hour to be seen on both visits. Nurses were not very kind to begin with but became especially rude when I politely asked, “ Do you by chance know how much longer it will be? We have been in this room over an hour?” The lobby was filthy. Exam room had dust on the walls. The nurse who was upset that I asked then said hateful things about me to the Doctor just outside the door of the room we were in & we heard her. So childish & unproductive. Not impressed with the Doctor when he finally did enter the exam room either. Never taking my child there again.

Dr. Kara and the nursing staff have no sense of urgency when it comes to a child with the flu. Daughter throws up and nurses are standing in a circle talking while I hold the the secretion asking where the restroom is. I've never had a bad experience here. Not in 10 years but since she signed on and they've welcomed new nurses it seems like no one cares. Beverley should come back and Kara moved to the beach location in my opinion. I will be looking for another primary care physician as of today. A worried mother is not something they want to mess with.

So far, so good. We have been able to make same-day appointments. Staff is fine. Dr. Kenawy takes his time answering our questions and is always pleasant. They even were able to answer question via the phone and email when we sent some pictures of our child's skin we were concerned about. Only negative comment was that their immunization records computer was down during one visit, and I had to help them figure out which shots our child was to receive that visit.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. I'm always having issues with y'all. Now my daughter comes in sick and can't be seen. Usually when she is you give me the same advice without barely looking her over. In my personal opinion I can't wait to switch doctors. And y'all should just close this place down. It's not worth anyone's time to be dealing with y'all and lazy girls upfront.

Well first off, my child has choked and turned colors since birth sitting up and laying down.When mentioned to dr. Kenawy he told me he didn’t see a problem with it...also mentioned I think it is reflux(nephews have reflux) when I responded I have to pull him out of the car seat because he’s turning colors he said well if he’s not screaming then he’s fine and he wouldn’t choke if he was laying down if it was reflux... yes he would. Well he’s gasping for air he’s trying to scream and he’s turning blue... he didn’t even check him just said he was fine and talked to me and my child’s father like we were idiots and lying. Then when he had his shots one shot bled and bled there was blood everywhere all over my dress, down his daddy’s arms, and pouring down his legs(too much blood for a 2 month shot). We asked for a bandaid and told them what was happening no one seemed to care gave us a bandaid and didn’t even check on him. My nephews go here as well.... one had to get shots repeated because the shots weren’t stored properly. It’s a joke. If I could rate this office worse I would! I was highly disappointed! Switched him to another doctor got him on Zantac and he’s not choking anymore. Worst expierence of my life!
