Great Doctor, Horrible Office! My wife and I went to what we thought was a Sacred Heart Medical Group Office for our initial visit. First off, we were lied to about when our appointment was to start, told an hour earlier than it was to complete medical forms. (My time is valuable as well, could you not email them ahead of time?) Then we met with Doctor Reams, and we were very, very impressed with him; including his advice, manner and the amount of time we spend with him. We paid the $25 copay for my wife (my Medicare Plus had none) before we left. Three days later (yes, three days later), my wife started receiving phones calls from a Bay Medical Group phone number in Tennessee wanting a $25 payment for the visit! First off, we had no idea whom they were, we had visited a Sacred Heart physician, so considered it a scam. About 7 days later we got an invoice for $25 that showed us that Dr. Reams is actually with Bay Medical Group, so just maybe the call was legit. Now four phone calls later, we are still getting harassing phone calls from Tennessee for the $25 co-pay which we have already paid! My wife made a phone call to the office a few weeks later wanting to make an appointment. No staff answered even at 10 a.m., stating to leave a message. Two weeks later, we are still waiting for an answer to that message!

Dr Reams and his entire staff are exceptional! My wife and I moved to 30a from Denton Texas and was in need of a family doctor. I'm pretty picky about doctors. Our first visit, Dr Reams took his time and explained every little thing in detail. We did not feel rushed at all and when we left, we had not one question! I've already sent a few others to them and was told they had the same experience. In fact, they thanked me at least 5 times for the recommendation. If you and your family need a great all around doctor, I suggest you give Dr Reams a call. You can thank me later. ;)

I've been going to Dr. Reams for the past year or so and could not be happier. Everyone in the office is friendly and Dr. Reams is so easy to work with.

Do not go to this walk-in clinic "Dr Reams" if care for yours, family or friends health. Went there with lesion in mouth, treated with silver nitrate, wrong diagnosis!!! Called repeatedly for follow up would not return my call due to worsening of lesion! Went to a dentist, he immediately made an appointment the next "day" with an oral surgeon whom removed the lesion that day and sent to a lab. Waiting now to see if benign,!!! This dude, not doctor is a travesty to the health care system!!! Follow-up: It turns out that "I had thrush"! This dude put me through hell with his diagnosis. He would not return my repeated calls as condition continued to get worse. That office visit cost my insurance and I $930.00 and just got another bill from them for and additional $38.00. I will go to a vet before I let this dude treat me for a stubbed toe!!
