absolutely the worst experience of my life. I am 20 years old and I have never seen a dermatologist in my life today, on September 26, was my first time and I saw Dr. Ward. We literally only maybe got to talk for one minute. Excuse me, HE Only talked to me for about one minute. I have dealt with very red and irritated skin my whole life and it’s made me very insecure. Last night, the night before my appointment, I took pictures of all of the products i used on my skin, and a picture of my face after I use the products. I made a photo album and plan on showing it to him so he could see what my skin routine was in with my face looked like after. He could’ve cared less to even look at it, and then once I mentioned a certain medication I take that’s almost related to birth control he basically told me I could either have acne or deal with that other problem and that it was up to me. that was my very first dermatologist doctors visit I’ve ever been to in my life and I left there bawling my eyes out. He didn’t listen to me, the very few things that I got to mention about myself he seem to laugh at (as in saying i like to use honey face masks was stupid) I told him just some of the things that helped my face and Apparently to him they were all extremely stupid. Bottom line, the nurses weren’t sweet, My doctor made me feel extremely insecure, I did not get any information that I wanted, he simply just gave me a paper and tell me what he was prescribing me. He did not listen to me or get to know me or have any interest in answering any of my questions or concerns. I would not recommend anyone going especially someone for their first visit unless you want to leave crying feeling extremely vulnerable and insecure about your skin.

My experience with Dr Jon Ward was excellent. He is professional, caring, and was quick to diagnose my melanoma, which was removed by Dr Barry Newton that day!! Two weeks later, my incision was healed and no scar!! Very happy with everyone in this office!!!!

this is the worst phone system i have ever used just hire somoone to answer phone i dont care to hear japenese music the worst phone system ever
