Please find someone else. Their level of care and concern for their patients is minimal at best. I was seen by the PA and he didn't take the time to even explain to me what my injury was,  only telling me the name of it and then left the room. When I called the practice manager, Jamie, she was also lacking in her care/concern for my inquiries as to why their level of care is lacking. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else.

I have received excellent care from Dr. Grau. He genuinely cares about your wellbeing.

Dr grau injured me after I told him I was allergic to suture he used it anyway resulting in 7 mths of severe pain and another surgery to remove, he broke his oath as a dr to no harm.

When I first started seeing Dr. Grau almost 8 years ago, he did a great job. However, the level of service I have received over the years has declined. For the past couple of years, he has done little to even attempt to help me. He has suggested surgeries that were not necessary instead of helping me to obtain the splints & braces that would help me with my condition.  His office also refused to send a copy of my medical records to my primary care doctor for over a year and a half, even after I had filled out numerous medical release forms for them to do so; they said I needed to pay for my medical records before they could be sent to my primary care doctor. This resulted in me having difficulty receiving the medical treatment and care I need. After dealing with this for so long, I confronted Dr. Grau about it. He admitted that his office had knowingly broken the law by not sending my medical records to my other doctor. He acted as though he was going to actually start doing his job. He wa supposed to be making me a referral, and even had an appointment scheduled for me to come back to his office in 6 weeks.  However, today (a week and a half later) I received a letter from Dr. Grau stating that he refuses to treat me. I am astounded and disgusted!
