He is not a very good Dr.I took my 3yr daughter there.She had something in her nose that was giving a fowl smell.It smelled really really bad.It was not a booger.I tired everything to help flush it out.It was super suck to her nasal wall.It didnt work so I ended up taking her here.We have no insurance so we paid cash.The Dr comes in in says he doesnt see anything.Which was a damn lie.I told him there is something there and its giving out a very bad smell.Then he ask his nurse if she smelled anything...She lied too.I was given so called instructions to use a netty pot on a piece of torn up paper that his nurse ripped off.The netty pot didnt work.After some time.it finally came out.It look like a piece of q-tip cotton that had a super bad smell.The size of a dime.It was gross.Thankfully it came out NO thanks to Dr.Kunkes and his staff.

I haven't been since my daughter was about 2/3 years old she had to get tubes in her ear and Dr. Kunkes is the best ENT doctor 6/7 years ago since I been here and now I'm returing for my 4 year old son today

Front office staff were rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. Yelling across the room to doctor. (& he responded) "shaking my head".Talking to each other while checking in the patient(s). Did not wash hands or wear a gloves during examination. Did not advised properly; for example, the assistant never asked if I was claustrophobia before putting me in a dirty booth for the hearing test. Dr. Kunkes, OMG. The rudest doctor, no bedside manner! Did not listen for the answers, interrupted, criticized, aggressive, manipulated my reason for the visit. Acted more as a phychologist than anticipated Ent. NEVER AGAIN. Rated -0

The black women in the office is rude! Didn't want to extract the ear waxx out of my ears! Kept making comments about it!

2 is being generous, my husband Boyd W. Coleman seen them and had a terrible exam for his hearing. And weren't able to fish or repaid his hearing aids.
