The doctors are fine but seem to be very overbooked. I usually wait between 30-60 mins to be seen for a scheduled wellness checkup and have a 5-10 minute appointment with the doctor. I once waited a little over 2 hours! The location is convenient at least.

I have been a patient of this practice for over 25 years. Their care is of the highest standard, and their wait time has decreased significantly over the years. I have always been treated with respect and professionalism by the office and ancillary staff. I was so surprised by some of the negative reviews here that I felt compelled to share my experiences.

They're incompetent. Plain and simple, they don't put any thought in what they're supposed to do. I had to reschedule twice to see a specialist because the first time they didn't even bother to send the referrel I requested in person, then the second time they sent it to the wrong doctor, EVEN THOUGH I personally CONFIRMED the information with the doctor I saw. I went all the way over to see the specialist after a week went by when I requested it a SECOND time, just so they could tell me they didn't have it. They also update my medicine all the time even if I haven't been there for blood work. They do whatever they want. Completely unprofessional. I gave them 2 stars because there are a handful of doctors that are pretty good and it wasn't always the way it is now. They've seriously gone downhill.

I've had extremely poor service at this place since they moved to their new location. In several occasions I've had to wait up to two hours after the appointment time. Just today, this is my third contact with the receptionist trying to get my immunizations done. I called Monday to ask if I could walk in Tuesday for immunizations. I walk in Tuesday and I am told there are no immunizations on Tuesdays and to come in tomorrow Wednesday. I call Wednesday, I'm on a 30 min hold on the phone. I arrive and I'm told there is a long wait to see a doctor for immunizations and there is nothing they can do help me but check if my records show that I have had these immunizations to fill out my school documents. The receptionists have no answers to questions. The "manager" is not helpful at all in trying to solve any issue that arises and comes up being extremely passive aggressive. On top of that I asked if I could leave a message for my primary doctor to call me and was told that if she is not inbfor the day I can't leave a message. I have to call when she's in. Horrible service is what I've encountered so many times. I suggest they retrain staff and find way to have better communication and clear expectations as well as a more efficient way to treat the patients.

Is the second time my wife and I had very bad experiences in that place. They are thieves (charging overpriced) and the people in front the desks are VERY RUDE and DISGUSTING. I'll never go there again
