The worst doctors office I have ever been to! My Mom is a patient and when we did visit, the wait was at least 2 hours. Now she's on palliative care with an agency he works with and you can't reach him. The medical assistants exhibit no initiative what so ever! They drop the ball repeatedly and so do the doctors that cover him. As we speak, Dr. Obiekwe is away from his office and we are waiting for a prescription since Monday! I, myself was a Medical Assistant for Mount Sinai NYC for more than 5 years and this by their standards is absolutely unacceptable! The prescription was faxed to his office and the agency says the covering doctor and medical staff have not responded. My Mom is 89 years old with back pain fron a fall years ago......It's four days and she is still in pain.
