Blonde woman at the front desk is rude and unsympathetic to your concerns. If you call at different times of the day you will get inconsistent information from different staff, and they are quick to tell you that they do not take your insurance without even checking if this is true. Do not expect any favors from this place and expect to be charged for every possible service.

We have been using Valley Hospital Medical Group as our primary care physician(s) for many years now. I don't even remember the emergency that first brought us to VHMG but I am glad we found them. We always see the same 2 Drs. And their staff is always polite and respectful.

My husband and I had excellent travel consultations with Dr. Howe in Riverdale. So much so she has been my primary doctor for a few years now. Love her philosophy, style and care provided. If you are a regular patient, you can get appointments without a problem and have minimal waits most of the time. Nurse practitioner very good also.

I am giving them 4 stars, less 1 star because of customer service at front office/reception. It is not the doctors I have an unpleasant experience, it is the rude reception that answers the phone and greeting you get first thing when you arrive. Certainly 5 stars is well deserving of the medical practitioners (doctors and nurses/nursing assistants) -- big props to Dr Howe (she is amazing and have great personality!!! A+++). I will go there again because of the doctors not the reception (they can be replaced)

The doctors are great here but the lady at the front desk acts like you are bothering her for coming in. If you don't like your job go work elsewhere. People don't want to be sick but dealing with you makes me rather go home and die in bed.
