Dr. West's office is great. I've been going there for 2 years now, and I can't say enough great things about their office. Anita & Dr. West are phenomenal. After a mix-up with a retainer that I had ordered, they refunded my money (and still provided the service) because of the inconvenience to me. It means a lot to have a business that is so customer-focused! Going in for a cleaning is quick and great-- Dr. West actually cleans your teeth! Highly recommend to all.

Best dental experience I've ever had. I submitted an appointment request for Friday on Wednesday evening with a tooth ache (as a new patient). Heard from Anita at 8am Thursday with an appointment for Friday morning. There was barely a wait (5 minutes maybe) and they were even able to fit in a cleaning after checking out my tooth. Both Dr. West and Anita are so friendly. Dr. West listened really well when explaining my tooth pain and dental history. I am normally terrified of going to the dentist due to terrible prior experiences but had a wonderful experience and will be going back in 6 months for another cleaning without anxiety.

I've been going to Dr. West for many years now, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Anita always greets me with a warm smile and positive attitude. Both Anita and Jeffrey make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Great teeth cleaning and professional services. Whenever I have questions, they are thoroughly and honestly answered. I really enjoy how Dr. West takes the time to ask you how you're doing and get to know you- I never feel like I'm "just another patient". The office is also very clean and modern. Highly recommend going to Dr. West and Anita!

As I am new to the area, I found Dr. West's office online. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt right at home. The entire staff was professional, friendly and efficient! I never thought I would say I enjoyed a visit to the dentist, but I did today!

I am VERY happy with my dental care with Dr. West. I highly recommend him to all of my friends. I have not always loved going to previous dentists, but I look forward to my appointments with Dr. West. He is smart, friendly, painless and most importantly---very reasonable treatment plans. He is always on time and Anita is so friendly and helpful. Thank you, for getting me over my fear of the dentist.
