I began seeing Dr. Randall regularly while I was a student at UNC Chapel Hill. Thirteen years later, I drive several hours so that he can continue to be my dentist. My husband also sees him now. Dr. Randall and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I feel that he and his staff always do what is best for my dental hygiene. The office is professional and efficient. Waiting time is minimal and the office staff is always willing to help me schedule the appointment time that works best with my travel schedule.

Dr. Randall has been our family's dentist for nearly a decade. We are extremely grateful to have come upon a dental practice with such superb standards. With an extremely knowledgeable and courteous staff you truly feel right at home. It's very comforting to know there is someone who has your best interest at heart and isn't trying to "sell" you something when it comes to your oral health. Hopefully we will not have to find another dentist for a very long time.

I have been a patient of Dr. Randall since 1986, when he was fresh out of dental school. He is kind, attentive and SKILLED! His staff turn over is very low and they are skilled also. They know who _you_ are: this is not an "impersonal" dental office. They have always worked flexibly on scheduling. I just came from a filling repair: asked from appointment yesterday, received service today. My recommendation is without reservation.

I have been going to Dr. Randall for almost 20 years now, ever since he took time out of his daily life on a Saturday evening to perform emergency treatment. I had slipped and fallen mouth-first onto a metal slide as a young child; he helped me avoid ridicule at school by patching up everything on a limited budget and because of his expertise throughout the years, I now have the best smile I have ever had. I cannot recommend Dr. Randall enough. If you're in the area, you're lucky because you don't need to look at any other dentist. His hygienists are extremely personable and professional. They make the whole process very flexible and relaxing. Dr. Randall consistently demonstrates his genuine concern for his patients by never recommending anything without first explaining what he is seeing and what can be done to help. When he cannot perform the work himself, he always refers me to someone of equal integrity and professionalism.

Dr. Randall is my first dentist after I moved to US from China. I enjoyed my experience with him. He is very kind and responsible. I have very bad teeth which were not properly taken care of back in China. After I got my teeth cleaned at his place, he helped filling three teeth and pointed out one place needed special attention since it just started to decay. Those fillings worked great and four months from then the place turned well again after I paid attention by brushing between the two teeth. It is a pity that I have to change a dentist since I'm moving to Seattle next month. But I definitely recommend Dr. Randall without reservation.
