Absolutely the most pleasant experience I have ever had going to a dentist. A very relaxing atmosphere, state of the art equipment and extremely knowledgeable staff. Both Dr. Ben and Dr. Megumi are very professional and take time to go over each individual treatment plan in detaiI. I would recommend Milltown Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a less stressful experience at the dentist.

Very professional and friendly staff! Clean and relaxing space with coffee in the waiting room from Grey Squirrel. Dentist had an excellent manner with me! Gentle on the teeth and also friendly conversation. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. Also, no pressure to complete any work but made sure I had an understanding of all my options. Very genuine staff with pride of ownership. I will be returning.

Starting from the receptionist all the way to Dr.Megumi the staff were beyond professional and super friendly as well! I had a lot of apprehensions given the state of my teeth and my severe aversion to pain but Dr.Megumi was quick to ease my worries while still being truthful and realistic. I was presented my options and told their costs in detail something I was also worried about. It's not easy finding a good dentist but I highly recommend Milltown Family Dentistry!

Milltown is the only dentist office that I can honestly describe as comfortable. The level of care is great, the staff seems to be genuinely invested in their patients, they're all efficient, and I've never waited more than 5 minutes in my 5 visits. The whole team is warm and friendly while still being professional -- they're great at putting you at ease. And if that's not enough, they have televisions mounted on the ceiling where you can watch Netflix while they work on your teeth. Zoning out to Planet Earth during a cleaning is pretty great. It's also a new and spacious, with minimalist furniture and big windows, free coffee, and iPads for the kids -- all of which makes your unlikely wait to be seen even better. Highly recommended.

Such a kind a friendly dentist experience! The environment is calming and the staff and dentist are very open and ready to talk you through your procedure. I'm sad to be living the area soon, I would come back here for life! I hope to find a dentist as welcoming as Milltown Family Dentistry.
