Dr. Seaton is a wonderful physician. She is caring, trustworthy, and loves her patients. I love her staff as well, all of them are always so pleasant and greet me with a smile. You guys rock Genesis OB/GYN!

She's terrible. Her whole office is terrible, uncaring, unprofessional and impersonal. They don't care about you or your baby. The nurses have no idea what their doing and can't answer questions, which would be fine if seaton wasn't always absent. This office needs to be shut down to save women the stress and disrespect they'll suffer by stepping foot in there.

I love the office of dr. Seaton the front office there , the women all of them are amazing . They are there for me . They listen and I love all of them . I taught them a new word and they say it every time I come in . Lol .. Dr. Seaton was a lil uneasy at first but she warmed up to me fast . She is very sweet and i love her . She is a great doctor ..😀🍼👣

My recent review on Dr. Seaton was unfair. So, here's another. I made my appointment, in June sometime, after reading other google reviews, and thought that she would be a fabulous doctor. My husband accompanied me to my appointment, and I had very little waiting time. The doctor came into the room, did my check up, and I asked her about my very irregular periods, and not being able to get pregnant. She said that I should probably see my family doctor about having blood tests run, because I was only in town for business for 5 months. It was a very short visit, and she did not spend the time talking about my options with me that I would have liked. I chalked it up to her being in a hurry, and left. Her receptionist called me about two weeks later, to tell me that my results came back, on both my pap smear and my ultrasounds, she said that my ultrasound came back normal, and i was dumbfounded. I was scheduled for a biopsy, but missed by appointment. I came home from Fort Walton Beach, and went to another Ob/Gyn. From that doctor's office, I faxed my medical records release form over to genesis, and called to confirm that they had gotten my fax, they said that they had received it. 30 minutes had passed, and still no word, so I called back...they gave me the run around on the phone, and told me that the doctor was in with a patient, and that as soon as she got out, she would sign the release, and would fax it over. I waited, yet another 30 minutes, and called back, as I was getting impatient. I was given the run around, yet again. I gave up and rescheduled my appointment, and wrote this review. On September 28, I got a call from Dr. Seaton demanding to know why I would post my review almost 4 months after my appointment. Had she let me respond, I would have explained, that after feeling like my problems didn't matter, and being rushed out...I was upset, and then after my papers weren't faxed over, I wouldn't want anyone to be surprised like i was. She was rude to me on the phone, and it was very unprofessional.
