MY FIANCE WAS AN EMERGENCY STAT APPOINTMENT, HE IS IN MAJOR PAIN AND DISCOMFORT DUE TO BOTH EARS BEING IMPACTED AND INFECTED. hE IS NOT COMPLETELY WITH IT AS CAN BE EXPECTED SO HE GOT THE LOCATION WRONG AND WAS RUNNING LATE. hE WAS TOLD BY THE DOCTORS OFFICE THAT THE DOCTOR TOOK IT UNDER HIS DIGRESSION AND SINCE HE WAS LATE THEY WOULD NOT SEE HIM AT ALL. wHAT KIND OF DOCTOR IS THIS? i UNDERSTAND BEING LATE CAN BE A BURDEN BUT THEY MAKE YOU SIT AND WAIT ON THEM IN THEIR OFFICE FOR SOMETIMES UP TO 20 OR 30 MINUTES BUT I GUESS THAT IS DIFFERENT CAUSE ITS HIS TIME AND DIGRESSION. BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE IF YOU WANT A DOCTOR THAT CARES ONE WAY OR ANOTHER ABOUT YOU AS A PERSON AND INDIVIDUAL AND NOT JUST A PAY CHECK.

I have been doing the rounds of specialists for some time and had come to the point that an ENT was the next one to see. I was urged by my daughter (also a doctor) to make arrangements to see Dr. Melker. From my intial call to make the appointment, I was dealt with in a very professional way; then after arriving for my first visit I was a little taken aback to have seen on time with little waittime. I was given a comprehensive exam by both the nursing and audiology staff. Dr. Melker then explained the results in very clear and concise manner. I ended up having surgery. The whole process leading up to, during and after was handled excellently, from my appointments being made to even the reminders. I even have a portal that both my daughter and I can log in to and check on what is going on and clarify times. I was not asked to do this testimonial, I think Dr. Melker and his staff have earned it by just being good at what they do and it has allowed me to show them how much I appreciate them. I also happily supply my name. Keith Potter
