Dr. Burton and his nurse Kelly are incredible. I have been a Intensive care nurse for 17 years and I have known many, many physicians. Years ago I worked with Dr Button and Dr Jones in the hospital and they were the best. When I needed a primary doctor I called Dr Burton (at the time he was not taking new patients) and asked if he would accept me as a patient. It was the best medical decision I've made. He and his nurse Kelly are a terrific team. He patiently listens to me about my medical concerns and addresses each and every one. When I call the office Kelly always returns my calls and takes care of whatever I need. Not only is Dr Burton a intelligent and thorough clinician but he works many more hours than he should making sure his patients are taken care of. He arrived at the office around 5 am and doesn't leave until almost 6 pm. He makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. As a health care professional I can not say enough great things about the team he and Kelly are. I will be their patient until they retire. - Holt

Entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I was a new patient on the day I was there. Generally when you are a new patient the visit takes forever, BUT not here. I arrived at 2pm and by 3 I was done. My provider and her nurse were Awesome. They answered all my questions and provided me with helpful information. Anyone looking for a new doctor. I highly recommend coming here.

All the staff from front desk, making an appt. or helping with questions about medical cost after insurance to the nursing care when wanting to request refills or ask a medical question are caring and fast response call back. Dr. Steve Jones has been in my life, my sons and family for over 25 years. He is always available and takes time to listen and helps with solutions. He goes over your medical history, lab results and medication. He cares about his patients. I saw that when I was in home health and took care some of his patients. I decided back then he was the Doctor for my family and I.

I have been with GIMP around 5 plus years and my treatment exceeded my expectations. It is very important to have an internal medicine physician that you can trust and feel your medical concerns are being taken seriously. Dr. John Burton is my physician and he has been the best in my opinion. He listens and he takes time with you. Kelley is my nurse and she handles you with care. I cannot say enough about them and glad I was introduced to them by a coworker.

My wife and I have been very happy with Gainesville Internal Medicine Physicians. They are always on time and patiently answer all our questions. Everyone goes out of their way explain everything and I never feel rushed during an appointment. I have recommended them to several friends.
