Amazing experience. I have a small daughter who needed treatment today that couldn't be done at the urgent care facility I visited before receiving a recommendation to call Palms Medical Group. The staff was so kind! In addition to being scheduled a same-day appointment, I was allowed to take a time-slot that was five minutes away from the time I called, so they even waited for me to show up and do the required paperwork. I received very prompt and considerate after hours help today as well. Thank you to everyone who dedicates their time and energy to improving our community through this facility. You're truly amazing people, and have the best kind of hearts.

Today was only my second visit. A follow up from a nine day hospital stay. I was asked to bring discharge papers and be 10 minutes early and there would be a fee for cancellation. Of course I'm an hour early which was no problem. That was my decision.. There was little to no patients waiting that I saw. My appointment was at 3:10 at 3:25 I was finally called to be sat in a room to wait for nurse who promptly came in and then another hour for a doctor. At 4:38 I left no doctor ever came in the room. It was freezing in the entire building. I did walk out of the room to find out why I was waiting so long and to complain that I was freezing. I obviously complained to a med student who came back in the room to say they don't give blankets to guests and that she was working with my doctor and why was I there and so on. She had not a clue. She left the room to go find my hospital discharge papers. I did see her reading them in the hall as I went to use the restroom and over hear the receptionists talking about how many cancellations they had that day. Which only fueled the fire further about what the hold up was. So finally I had had enough. I left. We as patient are asked to be considerate of your policy. Why should you not be considerate of my time as well.

This has not been a good experience. I  think the "group" creates a system that is uncaring with no sense of urgency for the patient. The referral office seems to be indifferent and/or incompetent.

I bring my son here and i absolutely love it. Sometimes the wait is a little long if you get an afternoon appointment but nothing to terrible. My son's doctor and nurse staff are always happy to see him, even on his bad days. His doctor knows that we are going to know more of what's going on with him and will check him to either confirm or deny with explanation. She is a laid back doctor and doesn't force anything on you. She tells you what's up and then gives you suggestion on how to handle whatever the situation might be. I highly recommend this Palms for pediatric care. Dr Whitstruck is amazing.

This place is a joke. Will never go again dr saryn is a jk. Dr kupor was a jk.They must have gotten thete med license from a cracker jack box. I would give them 0 stars if i could.
