The nurses (Amy and Blanca?) are extremely rude and unprofessional. This is what happened, it started with charging me for an extra prescription to be wrote out since it wasn't right the first time, to which they told me was my fault. When I tried to explain to them that it wasn't and how could I possibly know how to write a prescription the laws and all that they got angry and talked to me disrespectfully. On my last office visit (was my first time using mail order pharmacy which my insurance requires) the pharmacy advised me to fax my script in so I asked the doctor to do that (they don't escribe which would have prevented all of this) but they rejected it because by law that type of prescription cannot be faxed (Which was my fault they said) my insurance company called them and told them it would have to be mailed and gave them the address, apparently Blanca got the wrong address, that was the second time they had to rewrite it. So I go to my next doctors appointment and pick up my script (they told me I had to mail it) and its 3 separate scripts with the date 2/6, 3/6, 4/6 - I could not pick up a 90 day supply with a script wrote out like that, the pharmacy said it would cost me 3x as much $78 per prescription vs one 90 day supply for $78. I paid out of pocket $$$ for the first script since I needed it and asked the nurses to rewrite it for 2 months with the current date. The nurse Blanca said it would be charged because the prescription pads cost money and "this happened last time" I came. When I told her it wasn't my fault it had to be rewrote she said "no honey that was you who told me the wrong address" (it was my insurance company which is on record but I don't know if they told her the wrong address) I asked her to please not talk to me disrespectfully and then she put me on speakerphone and continued to argue with me when Amy jumped in and said she had been listening to the whole thing (very professional) I didn't say a word to her, she was wrong about everything she said and when I tried to explain it she cut me off and said No! Let me finish, I didn't say a word, again,  she told me it would cost $75 to rewrite a 30 day supply and I said "okay" and she hung up on me. All of this could have been avoided had they been just nice, this is not the first time I have been spoken to this way by them. I understand its frustrating but this is my prescription and I didn't let it get to me but after being treated that way I am now thinking of finding another doctor which I dread but I can't trust these ladies to help me at all. I want to add that I was happy with this office before dealing with all of this, with everyone else who was very nice. If you're nice than nothing else really matters.

I wasn’t feeling well and gave Dr. Doyal’s PA hell.  The staff was very nice, and I thank you guys for being helpful.  I started feeling much better. I was told his PA is good.

I’ve never had any problems with this clinic!! The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Dr Doyal is the best!!!

Dr. Doyal is a competent, capable General practitioner who has the rudest, most unfriendly front office and nurse (Amy) that I have ever experienced. Trying to get his staff to call you back is a joke. I left two voice mail messages for Amy this week and even once asked the receptionist to go find Amy and have her check the voice mail. I never got a call back.

His staff and support personnel override Dr. Doyal's medical practice. We are going to change to a new General Practitioner just so we don't have to put up with his incompetent and rude staff. Such a shame...

Although Rachel Hankins isn't there any longer, I've always been able to see Dr. Doyal or Rachel at quick notice.  I've been going to him for over two years now.  He is thorough and professional!!
