Our experience was excellent.  The most caring, knowledgeable, trusting, and kind doctor that I have ever known.  He treated my husband with excellence and saved his life.  We are forever grateful for his promptness, guidance, knowledge, and care provided.  He always explained everything as it was and the same for what our options were.  He never kept things from us nor lead us astray.  He never put us off or made us wait.  He gave prompt, efficient, excellent care and attention to us.  I would trust him again and again, with my life or that of any of my loved ones, family or friends.

The doctor's explanation of the situation was very good. The problem here, in my case, i was scheduled to see the doctor at 1 o'clock. i was the only person in the office by that time. They send me to the waiting room about 20 min after 1 pm. While i was waiting in the room, i heard some other person getting in the room next to mine. Minutes later the doctor started the consultation with that person instead of doing mine. That consultation lasted for about 30 minutes or a little more. So now i was waiting for about an hour in the room.

the doctor as soon as finished the other consultant, looks like he encounter someone he knew and started talking to him about vacations and other countries. So i still waiting in the room for about 20 more minutes. When he finished with his chitchat, he enters the room for my consult. He just spend around 15 min explaining the situation. 

So i basically spent 1 hour and 30 minutes for a 15 minutes consult? On top of that, when i go out to the secretary, she just went down to business asking me when i want to do the surgery. So i had to asker first how much will cost me the prcedure. She just gave me the amount i will have to pay to the doctor. When i asked her how much will be for the hospital's room and the other spences, she said that she dont know. How this will be possible that she, at least, give me an estimate of the costs for something that they do on regular basis. I mean... That's what they do for a living. I tried to get a cost estimate via email and no response as today yet.
