I have no problem with Dr. Hariz. He is a very nice man, but his staff? Oh that is something all together different. I have been trying to speak with Dr. Hariz as per his instructions to me. After 8 days of trying every day to speak with him I give up. Now all I want to do is get my blood test results. I am told that they still don't have them. So I simply called the hospital and after they informed me that they were probably sent that very next day. They then resent them. This took me no more than 5 minutes. This was also the Dr.''s office's job. I call the Dr. office and told them to check their fax. She then said that now that they have the results the Dr. would have to review them and they would call me later today with my results. So once again the Dr. is good but he needs new people there with him because his current staff is making him look bad!

Doctor took his time to answer all of my questions about surgery and put me at ease. Did have to wait a couple of weeks to see the doctor as my issue was non-emergency. This makes sense as I understand that I would want to be seen immediately if I did have a surgery therefore I need to wait when I don't have an emergency.

Horrible experience with this office. I scheduled an appointment two weeks out. I drive 40 minutes to see the doctor, and when I call to get specific location details, the office staff tells me the doctor is not in. They claimed someone spoke with me and rescheduled my appointment for 9:30 that morning. (100% NOT the case!) In fact, they never even called to confirm. The office staff was extremely rude and had no costumer service skills. Quote: "I don't know how far you drove."  They said I could come back at 1:00pm. (No, I cannot, as I have a job to attend.) I would not recommend this office at all.

This was an aweful experience. I had gallstones and in pain, I went in on monday and was told to eat clear liquids and wait for staff to verify ins and approval to remove my gallbladder and that it wouldn't take long. I followed up on tues and was told someone would call me back shortly and no one did.. By Wednesday no one had called me yet. I called back and was told they don't do that until Thursday due to being in clinic the  other days and proceeded to inform me "dont know why no one told you but Dr Hariz will be out of town anyway". The soonest they would put me on was Aug. 8th!! 2 weeks out. When i asked what I do until then they said the Dr. Said to go back to E.R. 

I went to a diff hospital and saw Dr. Makohon on Thursday, she took it out on the next morning. 

Wish i wouldnt of wasted my time with this office, couldve saved my self 4 days of pain. Lesson learned.

Dr. Hariz and his staff are very kind and accommodating! He took the time to explain my diagnosis and went above and beyond with my treatment. Thank you Dr. Hariz and staff!!
