Dr.Parents Doctors & Staff are very helpful. They do there best to do what they can for the patient & expectations so of so many people that come to their office.

Everytime we come here the wait is extremely long and frustrating!  Always three to four hours. Primarily from over booking. On top of that we were quoted $1175 out of pocket for an ocular implant then received another bill for close to $300.  The vision is only a small fraction better than what it was and still requires the use of glasses when we were told they would only be needed for driving and reading!  We were told we were up next at 4:00pm and its now 5:00pm and no Dr. Our original appointment was scheduled at 2:20pm.
