Appalling physician behavior. This doctor's attempts to berate, humiliate and intimidate anyone seeking healing are unconscionable and a violation of the AMA Code of Ethics (specifically principle I: "A physician shall be dedicated to providing competent medical care, with COMPASSION and RESPECT for human DIGNITY and rights". Dr Hanna, please remember the rule of medicine: "primum non nocere" - "first, do no harm". Did I mention that his initials are "AH"? Coincidence? I think not!
