I called this office to get an appt asap and spoke to a very nice woman, who made me want to walk into this office. Upon arrival, I was not greeted upon walk in. The lady at the desk named Sandra just sat there and looked at me. She never said I'll be right with you and she nodded for me to come to the window. When I walked up, she pretended to not hear me and pointed to the next window for me to step up to. Then she said, "what are you here for? Well I guess whoever took your call knows what you are here for you can have a seat." About three minutes later, she called me back to the window and said why are you here? I answered, " Do I really have to say in this lobby?" Being that there were other patients in the lobby. Normally I tell them what's wrong once I'm in the back behind closed doors. I sat back down and realized I don't deserve this unprofessionalism this woman exhibits. I deal with customers everyday and I never make them feel uninvited no matter how they look. I went back to the window and asked for my cards and began to exit. The lady who took my call asked why I was leaving and trying to keep from shedding tears I told her I'd come back another day. She kept asking why I was leaving with sincerity while the other woman just sat there with this nasty ass look on her face. I told the lady I'd call her and tell her why I was leaving and she said ok. When I got in my car, I called. Sandra answered the phone gave her greeting and said please hold. At this point, I know she knows it was me calling back because I'm sure they have caller ID. After a few minutes I hung up and prayed for her. I will never return to this office nor will I ever recommend this office to any of my customers. This one star is given to the young lady that answered the phone otherwise I'd give a 0.

The front desk and staff was great to me BUT the doctor Josette that woman is a joke. Do not spend your money with her she has no care in the world

best doctor experience I've ever had ! I went to get my boil removed, & despite the pain, everything went well. my doctor was Mrs. Josette & she was beyond nice & caring. as well as the other nurses who were present. even the receptionist was welcoming. on my way out, she gave me a long tight hug & told me she loved me. keep in mind, this was our first time ever meeting each other. even though I didn't come in contact with Dr. Burton, I know that he is caring too because he heard me during the process of my lance, & wished that he was the one working with me. everyone there is awesome, & I would recommend this place to any & everyone I know!

My husband went in for a sick visit. He was immediately cared for without any hesitation. This team of dr's, nurses and front desk staff are amazing, caring, and professional individuals. I would recommend this practice to everyone! I only wish that my insurance was accepted so I could be a patient of theirs as well.

I went to this doctor last year. I had allergy testing scheduled. The first time I went to have it done, the allergy nurse was not there and the office told me they were in the process of looking for a new allergy nurse. The second time I went, it was the same nurse and she told me she had not been fired, she had a death in the family. I had a bronchospasm on August 31, 2015 and had to go to the ER for a nebulizer treatment and medication. The next day, I called Total Care Family Medicine to get an appointment to be tested for asthma as the ER doctor wasn't sure I had asthma. The receptionist very rudely told me, "well, we don't have anything until Thursday morning (it was Monday)--why do you want to come anyway?" I had even told the receptionist I had gone to the ER the day before. That very same day I found another primary care doctor and changed to Douglas County Family Practice. They are awesome. Yet Total Care Family Medicine, back in May, sent me a message--and I think they closed...which is odd.
