I have rated Dr. Deaton with one star but my son actually never saw him. We arrived for our appointment 15 minutes early and completed all of the necessary paperwork. 45 minutes later I asked the person at the desk when my son would be seen. She seemed surprised that I would even ask such a question, but answered there was one person ahead of us, so not too long. Another 30 minutes later I told her we had to leave. She asked if we wanted to reschedule. I said no, we would find another physician. Her response "o.k." I understand there can be emergencies, but over an hour late with no communication is not acceptable.
