Regarding TN Heart: I have called 3 times, visited the office once, and had lab work regarding my high blood pressure that they ordered. Dr. Kudelko did not record my drug changes that he ordered in the medical record on my last visit. His staff is trying to help me get the right medication and address my problem, but seem frustrated with the response they are getting from the physician. Apparently Dr. Kudelko is too busy to review my medical record to address my problem. I have seen two physicians at this clinic. Dr. Lippolis and Dr. Kudelko. I had hoped Dr. Kudelko was an improvement, but I have not found that to be the case thus far. I am dissapointed in the attentiveness these physicians have for me. I can only assume they treat other patients the same. Staff seems to be aware of these physicians behavior and spend the majority of their time apologizing for them. If you have a complex problem you may want to consider someone other than Tennessee Heart in Hendersonville. I sincerely hope this is discussed in the next physician meeting. I sense that the administrative staff has a difficult time reigning in the egos so that care is improved. If patient satisfaction is the driver over quality patient care for this clinic, I hope they choose to focus on quality patient care. When you are the patient that is all that matters.

I have been going to Dr. Russo for 14 years. I was in pretty bad shape when I started seeing him. He took the time to figure out what the best course of action for my situation. I am 100 times better and truly believe that he has kept me alive and well these last 14 years. I am very grateful for all he has done for me! Also his staff is the best! They will help with whatever you need! I would highly recommend Dr. Russo to anyone that wants a doctor that cares about his patients!

Was called the day before and asked to move my appointment to 30 minutes earlier. I agree. However when I got there I had to wait an hour to be taken back and that was just to get my vitals and was then placed back in the waiting room for another 30 min. Over One hour and thirty minutes before getting in a room is unexceptable!! No word from any staff to let me know the status of anything throughout the whole time.

I have found this practice to be very professional and the "Bed Side" manners of Dr Kudelko are outstanding. In fact, I have recommended him to my wife who has an appointment soon.

This is an excellent medical group. I truly believe that Dr. Callister has improved my standard of living after giving up on a prior cardiologist and possibly has saved my life. He has taken a hands on approach that my prior cardiologist did not. He is very easy to talk with and takes the time to listen to his patient's concerns. I am very lucky to have found Dr. Callister. I have also seen Dr. Lee who also a good doctor who will also take time to explain your questions or concerns,
