I have been a patient of Dr. Ramsay's for a few years. He has always taken good care of my son and I. Two weeks ago I cracked my tooth in half and he got me in right away for a crown. I have always been completely happy with Dr. Ramsay and his staff.

Overcharges. My bill was paid in 2012 for my kids and I never went back because of terrible service. Now in 2017 this dental office sent me to collections for $69 even though I have NEVER received a bill or phone call in regards to ANY balance with them.

First of all, my crown fell off and he scheduled me to be seen one hour later the same day. He did not even charge me for the visit. He gave me a ton of information on procedures that could be done, in that my crown could not be re-attached due to an incident I had as a child that resulted in damaged adult teeth. Meanwhile, he re-cemented the crown until my next appointment (Again, he did not charge me). The next visit was bridge work. He extracted a tooth which I completely did not feel. The whole procedure took less than an hour and was WAY cheaper than any other dentist I have been to. Throughout the whole procedure, he and his other staff repeatedly asked me how I was feeling to make sure I was comfortable. Other than the obvious pressure of having things pulled, I did not feel anything. Again, the total cost was HALF of what I have paid before. My permanent bridge was placed in today, again I felt nothing. The total time it took was less than 15 minutes. He and his staff took the time to give me detailed information regarding the process and answered all my questions. I am EXTREMELY pleased and satisfied with Dr. Ramsey and all of his staff!!! Thank You!!

I was there in Fall 2012 for a root canal, the second I have received from Dr. Ramsay (the first in Fall 2005).  I found him and his team to show an excellent knowledge of the dentistry and took great care of me as a patient.  His bedside manner was compassionate as he took careful precautions to assure I was pain free throughout the whole process (even in follow up).  He has also provided dental care for my family through the years and I would return to him every time.  Great dentist!!

Dr. Ramsay has taken care of:

1. Cracked L Lower Molar 1; Root Canal; and Crown.
2. All 4 Wisdom teeth extractions.
3. Deep Periodontal cleaning (all 4 quadrants - excellent hygienists).
4. (2) Fillings - R Upper Molar 1 and L Lower Premolar.
5. Cracked R Lower Molar 1; Crown.

The dental care I received at Dr. Ramsay's practice was excellent and super-professional...his office has a great atmosphere and the best way to describe my experience is as follows:

For my wisdom teeth extractions, I arrived at 2:58 pm, was sitting down in the dental chair at 3:01 pm, and was driving back to my apt at 3:21 pm!!!! I still can't believe it when I think about it...I know it sounds crazy, but it makes me laugh and chuckle because I can't believe how relaxed I was and how fast it was over...trust me, I've heard stories and I have had plenty of dental experiences that still give me the jitters.

To be able to get this high-quality of dental work in Champaign so calmly, smoothly, and efficiently is beyond me and I never expected it - I don't even think that boutique dentistry practices for the super-wealthy or famous in NYC or LA can offer this level of service. 

Moreover, his staff is great and they are all highly-competent, which just makes things even better...I consider myself extremely lucky to have been taken care of by Dr. Ramsay. 

I have never written a review online, but I felt that I should since I am also no longer afraid of going to the dentist like the review from June 30, 2010.
