I made an appointment, the girl was pleasant, asked me if I wanted a boy or girl doctor. That was a red flag. She called back later because she didn't get all my info and kept having to ask other staff members for help. I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early. 40 minutes later I had not seen anyone and was told it would be 10 or 15 more minutes and I could reschedule. I'd had enough by then. Again, the staff was very pleasant. If you decide to give it a try, all I can say is good luck.

Dr Given is wonderful I would rate him a 5.  But is office staff is the most incompetent bunch of educated idiots I have ever run into in 60 years.  They can't get anything right.

I have been a patient of Dr. Michael Given since 1995 and have always been treated with the best of Care.  He is a great doctor and person. Thanks for the wonderful treatment and friendship.

I was seen on 3 March by His new Nurse Practitioner Lea and was really impressed by her knowledge an concern .  She is defiantly a keeper.
