I came to know Dr. Brothers and his associates through an emergency situation. He and his people, from the moment we met, treated me with extraordinary professionalism, compassion and kindness. It's two weeks post op and I am doing great. In this day and age, you don't meet many people like this anymore. I am eternally grateful.

So it's rare for me to leave a good review. It takes a lot. Dr. Brothers truly cares and goes out of his way for his customers. I have to admit first impression didn't go well due to not being able to see him first visit but they made up for it every time. I was in a lot of pain and thought I would be better quickly. 

He told me I wouldn't and sure enough he was right. He told me to take the pain medicine I didn't and again he was right after a month I realized that I needed to just listen to him. 

I did try to go back to work but the pain was sent home and they even worked me in the next available day. He was always honest with me and never mislead me. He was even honest when I was still and pain and shouldn't have been in that much pain. I appreciated that most doctors won't tell you that. It worried me but at the same time he never gave up. 

I went in for some injections he had set up and they were going to be too expensive. So I went back in and saw him they worked with me. I still had to get one that was very expensive but that was because everywhere else it would have been a month or more. Monica was awesome as well she was patient with wife and me even when I know I was probably driving her crazy with all my anxiety. She handled a lot of paperwork for my work and even helped with finding the best options for injections. 

They even helped me with my work case manager questioned everything and they did a call with another doctor. They didn't have to do this. This was them going above and beyond! I trusted and relied on them and still do. 

He gave me instructions on returning to work and I'm very glad I did he was right more than 4 hours and I was hurting bad. He knew exactly what was going to happen before it happened very competent doctor!

I'm still in pain unfortunately but I'm not worried about it because he even set proper expectations and that it will be some time before it fully heals. I have a follow up of course and he is the only doctor I actually don't fear going to. 

There was someone I know that was being seen by him when I was there. That person also holds him in high regard and even asked me to say hello for him for my follow up. 

This is a long review. This office deserves it. I'm surprised he doesn't have more reviews. I honestly didn't think I would have a good experience due to the referring source. However I am so relieved that Dr. Brothers was my doctor throughout this injury I never expected. 

So thank you Dr. Brothers, Monica, and their staff from my wife and myself! I'm terrible with names but they all took care of our concerns and were very understanding!
