Doctor has very unprofessional and has very rude bedside manner. My kids absolutely hated the experience. No one ever answers the phone so it's very hard to get information. Staff is nowhere near friendly or inviting. Staff called me to schedule an appointment for my son, just to call the next day and cancel. Highly unprofessional. Consider another physician.

I recently had two appointments there. They knew I needed to see a doctor because my childrens last doctor refused a sick visit for my daughter's. The lady was Kind she said don't worry just bring them. It was already around 1p.m, so that was very cool of them to be there for my family. The front desk staff was professional I am thinking of making them my permanent doctor.

MY MOTHER AND FATHER GOES TO THIS DR. FOR TREATMENT OF THEIR MEDICAL CONDITIONS OF HYPERTENSION, DIABETES TYPE 2, PROSTATE CANCER, HISTORY OF STROKES AND HEART ATTACKS

I RECENTLY ACCOMPANIED THEM TO AN APPOINTMENT AND THE ONLY THING THIS DR. DID WAS A GENERIC CHECK OF BREATHING ON MY DAD, DIDNT CHECK MY MOTHER OUT AT ALL, AND WE HAD TO ASK HIM ABOUT MY FATHERS BLOOD WORK RESULTS AFTER WHICH HE SAYS NONCHALANTLY "OH BLOODWORK WAS FINE".... I HIGHLY DOUBT THAT HE EVEN LOOKED AT THE RESULTS

NOW MY MOTHER NEEDS A REFERRAL FOR A LIFE CHANGING (IF NOT DONE IMMEDIATELY) PROCEDURE DONE DEALING WITH THE DEADLY DISEASE OF DIABETES AND SHE CANNOT REACH ANYBODY ON THE PHONE!!!!!!!

***NOBODY WILL ANSWER THE PHONE!!!***

WHEN YOU HAVE ELDERLY PATIENTS WHO DON'T HAVE THE LUXURY OF GETTING INTO A VEHICLE AND DRIVING TO YOUR OFFICE YOUR HYPOCRATIC OATH SHOULD COMPEL YOU TO ANSWER EVERY PHONE CALL THAT COMES INTO YOUR OFFICE OR HIRE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT AFRAID TO ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!

MY FATHER HAS A BLOOD THINNING MEDICATION THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE CALLED INTO THE PHARMACY WEEKS AGO AND THEY HAVE YET TO CALL THE MEDICINE IN!!!! WHAT DR. DOES THESE TYPES OF ERGREGIOUS THINGS?!?!?! ONE THAT WANTS TO BE THE SUBJECT OF A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT!!!! BECAUSE I WILL NOT SIT IDLY BY AND LET YOU KILL MY MOTHER AND/OR FATHER BY NEGLECT, IN ATTENTION, DISREGARD, AND NOT FULLING A SACRED OATH YOU TOOK BEFORE BECOMING A DOCTOR!!!!

This doctor use to be good hes been my childrens doctor for 10 years but no its no good specialy the nurses they dont care he calls my son fat and has no remorse instead of helping he just says your to fat you need to loos weight eat lots of vegatables and the nurses are so rude no im switching to parkland doctors i didnt want to live doctor dele but its gotten really bad they have no compassion towrds patients specialy when there children and the nurses omg no never again em i going back to this clinic

This place is okay if you prefer to be a walk in patient. The wait time usually isn't too long of a wait. The only problem I've had with this office is the staff NEVER answers the phone.
