We LOVE Dr. Hamilton and his PA, Scott. They are always so good to us and spend the time necessary to fix any issues. However, if you visit the Mt. Point office be warned, the wait could be horrendous! We waited over an hour!! Not cool. Especially when having checked my child out of school for the visit. We had to go to this office simply based on availability and the drive for us added 15 minutes each way, so that hour+ wait was brutal. We've waited at the AF office before too, but never more than 20 min. Today was ridiculous.

Very knowledgeable and personable. He did an excellent job with my child's tonsillectomy and bilateral adenoectomy (?) If I needed an ENT in the future I'd see him again. Very pleased with our experience.

Very misleading about what they classify as a "procedure." My wife saw Levi, one of the NPs at this clinic who spent a total of 10 mins with her, asking routine questions and looking in her ears and nose. She was suffering from vertigo so he instructed her to turn her head from one side to the other for thirty seconds at a 45 degree angle. Very simple, nothing invasive whatsoever. She was simply moving her head. He told her that should take care of the problem and sent her on her way. Even though the appointment was very short she paid the $50 copay with no hesitation and left. A month later we received a bill from Revere Health for a $96 "re -positioning procedure." We were baffled by this as she had no procedures done. After multiple phone calls to Revere Health we learned the $96 "procedure" was simply my wife moving her head back and forth for 30 seconds. Astounding? Absolutely. Attempting to communicate with Dr. Hamilton's office was completely fruitless. They made no apology or any offer to remedy the blatant miscommunication on their part. We both have visited many clinics where the patient is always alerted before any costly procedure is done. We find no fault with Dr. Hamilton's ability or that of the NP, but with their office policy. Their sheer lack of communication to the patient about procedure costs is incredibly selfish. The best part is, the $96 "procedure" didn't even work. It has been over a month and my wife still has vertigo issues. If you have plenty of money to burn, this clinic can help you do it! Also, we are completely insured and are currently working with our insurance company (who surprisingly has been the most helpful) to help us resolve this charge.

So honest about what to expect. He's personable and funny. Made me feel at ease. Getting tonsils out is never fun, but I have healed as expected and felt very prepared by his whole staff.

Dr Hamilton and his team are truly great! I am so grateful for their expert advice and help through the process of making it so I can breath through my nose again! I can't say thank you enough!
