The doctors are great I’ve had good experiences in getting diagnosed. The staff and the nurses are dense to say the least. It seems they can’t get anything together. It takes way to many phone calls to get labs ordered, to get medication refilled properly and to get someone to call you back. It has been a continuous frusteration of mine, however today they pushed me over the edge to write this review. Now they have an answering service answering daytime phone calls, the answering service didn’t even leave a correct message. I’ve been 2 days without thyroid meds because of lack of communication from their office to my pharmacy. It’s unbelievable.

I have dealt with hypothyroid since my youth, so I am pretty well versed when it come to my own care and the thyroid tests they run. I felt like Dr. Aljammal was not listening to me even though he had an answer for everything. He's knowledgeable and personable, but he doesn’t listen and his suggestions were sub standard.

I never post reviews, but I wouldn't recommend strictly because of the staff. I have never had the run around so bad in my entire life. I went in for blood work before my appointment and after waiting in the waiting room for an hour and dealing with a receptionist that clearly doesn't like people, they finally took me to their break room to have blood drawn. There was no where for the nurse to set her stuff down, so I ended up holding it all. I work in a doctors office so I just let it go knowing that some days can get crazy. After a couple days I got a call from the lab asking which Doctor I see because necessary paperwork was not sent. Hours later I received a call from the nurse saying the lab never picked up my blood and I would need a re-draw. I was confused but I agreed. After thinking about it for a while I realized that the lab wouldn't have been able to call me had they not picked up my case. I called them, and they indeed had it and were in the middle of testing and things were originally put on hold because the Dr office wouldn't send them paperwork so they even knew what to test for. If I had immediately listened to the nurse my insurance would have been billed twice and it would have caused an even bigger mess. Anyway, I called the Dr office today to see if results were back and they gave me a story about not being able to reach the lab. Which I'm thinking is weird because I've had no problem contacting them several times. Again, I called the lab and they confirm that my tests have been completed and are in the process of being sent. Long story short, I am having them send the results to me directly so I can find a different Dr. I have had no problems with Dr's that practice here, but if you can't even manage to get blood work done efficiently, then how are you going to even see the Dr.

They tell you one price and charge you 3 times as much!! Not helpful at all and WAY over priced. Just stick to you family Dr. They lost my test results and went off of results from another Dr 3 yrs prior. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Aljammal is wonderful--knowledgeable and caring, and a great stickler for detail. His explanations are thorough, and he doesn't leave the room until all questions have been answered. I trust him with my medical care completely.
