EXCELLENT SERVICE! In addition to responding to our late night call, the tech arrived, diagnosed the situation and completed the job within 30 minutes. The customer service we received was amazing. The tech answers our questions and cleaned up the bathroom tub upon completion. Highly recommend Drains R Us! 5 STARS!!

They've been doing plumbing work for me for a few years now and they're an honest, hard-working bunch.

I had a few questions for them after one job and they were happy to go over each and every step of the job as well as the invoice to make sure I was happy.  This company will go out of its way to make sure their customers are happy.
