Bait & Switch with a preSign. I specifically requested roots removed, and then specifically a cam to reveal where sewer pipe tile was broken pulling up clay. They make you presign a price ($350) for what others rooter for $160. Used no rooter head because they said they want to clear the plugged drain without pipe damage...all other plumbers use a rooter head to cut roots. Then they cammed to show me tree roots that THEY DIDNT CUT and said I must get them cut or guaranteed blockage soon again... said it would be $1300 and additional $1000 to jet flush it to cut roots. Liars, others are $600-700 for jet flush, and they dont jet flush for roots. They rooter them for $160. TOTAL SCAM They lied and failed to cam for broken tile, instead they claimed I wanted them to cam to show me roots; like I dont already know my damn roots grow every 2 years,

They have four full page yellow page ads with DIFFERENT names; all claiming to be in Kenosha, but they are in Round Lake IL servicing Kenosha/Racine; when calling you back to ask if you liked service, the numbers on caller ID match the other full page 3 ads. The bill has high Illinois tax, not wisconsin because these guys are in a Round Lake office.
