I had a WONDERFUL experience purchasing my dress at Dress 2 Impress. I learned they were having a trunk show of Venus dresses and I scheduled an appointment. I spoke with Patty over the phone and asked if they had samples in store of 2 dresses I was particularly interested in. Patty was very sweet and although the store did not carry samples of those 2 dresses, she offered to request them in the trunk show. I was so so happy and it was wonderful she went out of the way to do that! When I had my appointment, Chrystal was AMAZING! She was sweet, and patient, and even dimmed the lights to show me how my dress would sparkle at the reception. I cannot speak highly enough of her! She helped me not to talk myself out of getting the dress I loved! After I said YES to my dress, we popped some champagne, snacked on chocolates! Made it very welcoming and a very relaxing experience!

Two days before my daughter's wedding they told us they couldn't get the pants for the groomsmen.Thet didn't call and tell us, we found out when we called about picking them up.My son in law had to call the warehouse in Texas and speak to the manager.Thankfully this guy was on the ball.Everything turned OK but with no help from Dress to Impress.😠

I will recommend this place to everyone! I went yesterday for my wedding dress and there was so many beautiful dresses. Right off the bat Patty that helped me pick my dress was so wonderful! They had a great selection, the place is so clean, roomy, and welcoming. Violetta is so wonderful as well. They were both so helpful and so happy for me when I found my dress. They make you feel very special and I will return for bridesmaid and flower girl attire as well. Highly recommend! Thank you for helping me pick my dress for my special day!

The only reason that we are giving this a two star review and not a one star review is because of sweet Violetta who came in at the end to assist and brighten the negative mood that was set by our consultant. Violetta was the only saving grace to this bridal boutique experience. Patty, our consultant made us feel very put off. Her attitude towards the whole bridal party was negative. From the moment we walked in she seemed annoyed and irritated even though we had made an apppointment. After bringing us upstairs to begin what should have a pleasant experience, she was short with the bride and was not interested with any of the bridal party's suggestions and abrupt when answering any questions we had. Her level of customer service is not what would be expected from a consultant in a bridal store. She was visibly irritated throughout the entire process by sighing loudly when we would make suggestions and when stated we needed to think about it, she continued this behavior as she hung dresses up. I would highly recommend if you so choose to search for your wedding dress here, make sure you request to not meet with Patty.
